Peak attendance
Plan for the most people on site at once and how long they stay. A four-hour company lunch and an all-day festival with the same ticket count need different restroom plans.
Corporate and public events
Corporate events, community festivals, and public events need restrooms that match attendance and the venue plan. We help you plan placement, servicing windows, and pickup, pair restroom trailers with porta potties, hand-wash stations, and ADA-accessible units where the crowd calls for them, and confirm what we can supply for your event before you book.

Your options
Attendance, hours, and venue rules decide the restroom plan for an event. Start with these.
Plan for the most people on site at once and how long they stay. A four-hour company lunch and an all-day festival with the same ticket count need different restroom plans.
For multi-day events, agree on a time when the trailer can be serviced without a crowd, such as before gates open, and keep a route open for the service vehicle.
Parks, venues, and organizers set their own rules for vendor placement, vehicle access, and load-in times. Share them early so the plan fits.
If the event has to provide accessible restrooms, plan them for each restroom location, not one for the whole site. ADA-accessible portable restrooms are available, and hand-wash stations can sit beside each group.
Planning the work
For a public gathering in Maricopa County without adequate permanent restrooms on the premises, the county's Environmental Health Code requires toilet facilities within 200 feet of the gathering, adequate for the estimated attendance, "with the minimum of 1 toilet per 100 persons in attendance or as required by the Environmental Health Officer."
That is the county's floor for covered gatherings, not a measure of comfort. Our restroom trailer planning guide explains the county rule, what we ask about when we recommend a setup, and the accessibility rule for clustered single-user portable toilets.
What happens next
Send the event dates, address, hours, expected peak attendance, and the venue's vendor rules.
We confirm placement, access, servicing windows, power, water, and what we can supply.
The trailer is delivered and set up before gates open.
Servicing happens at the agreed times, and the trailer is picked up after teardown.
Common questions
Yes. Company picnics, holiday parties, and outdoor client events use the same planning as public events: peak attendance, event hours, placement, power, water, and pickup.
Start with the county minimum for public gatherings, then plan for peak attendance, event length, and food and drink service. Send those details and we will recommend a setup and confirm what we can supply.
Yes, when the service vehicle can reach it. We agree on servicing times outside event hours and ask you to keep that route clear.
The vendor rules, where vehicles may drive and park, load-in and teardown times, and the name of an on-site contact for delivery and pickup.
Yes. One way to plan it: a restroom trailer near the main seating area, and groups of porta potties with hand-wash stations around the grounds, each group with an ADA-accessible unit.
