Venue rules
Ask the venue or property owner where temporary restrooms may go, where vendor vehicles may drive, and when load-in starts. Send any written vendor rules with your quote request.
Weddings and private events
A restroom trailer gives wedding guests a real bathroom at a backyard, ranch, desert, or open-air venue. We plan where it sits, how guests reach it after dark, and when it arrives and leaves, so it fits the day instead of interrupting it.

Your options
Wedding details shape the restroom plan. These four decide where the trailer goes and when it arrives.
Ask the venue or property owner where temporary restrooms may go, where vendor vehicles may drive, and when load-in starts. Send any written vendor rules with your quote request.
Lines form at natural breaks: after the ceremony, before dinner, and after the toasts. Place the trailer close to the reception on a path that does not cross the dance floor or the catering line.
If the reception runs past dark, plan light along the path and at the steps. Tell us where string lights or venue lighting will be so we can place the trailer near them.
Tell us when the tent, furniture, and catering vendors arrive. The trailer should be placed before decor goes up and picked up after teardown, so the delivery path stays clear.
Planning the work
At a home, the trailer needs a level, firm spot, a clear route for the delivery vehicle, and room for the steps and doors to open. Open, level areas of the lot can work when the vehicle reaches them without crossing soft ground, a septic tank or drain field, irrigation lines, or landscaping. We confirm the exact spot, including its distance from the house, the sidewalk, and the street, before delivery.
Photos of the spot and the route, sent with your request, let us confirm placement before the day. If you live in an HOA community, check its rules for trailers and vendor parking on event day.
Maricopa County's Environmental Health Code sets a restroom minimum for "any public gathering for any commercial, religious, or public event" held without adequate permanent toilet facilities on the premises. Whether a particular wedding counts is the county's call; if you are not sure, ask Maricopa County Environmental Services.
The county figure is a legal minimum, not a comfort target. Our restroom trailer planning guide explains the county rule and what we ask about when we recommend a setup.

Common questions
Send the request as soon as the date and venue are set. We confirm availability for your date in the quote and plan placement once we have the address and photos of the spot.
Tell us the surface when you ask for a quote. Level, firm ground is what we look for, and soft or freshly watered lawn can rut under a delivery vehicle, so we confirm the surface and route before delivery.
Tell us where the ceremony, first dance, and portraits will happen. We look for a spot guests can find easily that stays out of the background of those moments.
Include the full schedule in your request, from rehearsal to brunch. For multi-day events we plan servicing access and the pickup time around your schedule.
Yes. ADA-accessible portable restrooms are available. Tell us about the guest and the venue, and we will set the accessible unit on firm, level ground close to the trailer, with a clear path from the tables.
